【双语直播】Lebara:不断创新,建立真正的虚拟运营商品牌

7月9日,由DVBCN&AsiaOTT与Informa、长城会联合主办的2015虚拟运营峰会在北京隆重召开。会上,Lebara国际战略部总监Imran  Aziz作了题为“如何建设一个值得信赖及尊崇的虚拟运营商的品牌”的演讲。


In 9th July, the 2015 MVNO Summit co-organized by DVBCN&AsiaOTT, Informa and the Great Wall Club was held in Beijing. Druing the summit, Imran Aziz,Head of Lebara Group International Strategy made a speech entitiled” How to Build a trusted and respected MVNO Brand”

Imran  Aziz表示,他们非常关注全球的移动社区与人群。那么什么叫做移动的社区和人群呢?“大家可能都有一些去国外学习和旅游的经验吧,大家可能也有一些亲戚朋友,或者希望去国外学习或者旅游的朋友,我们把所有去国外旅游和工作的人,都称作全球移动的人群。”Imran  Aziz解释到。
 
Imran Aziz expressed that they alwasys focus on the global mobile community and mobile group. What is mobile community and mobile group? “ Everyone may have some experience to go abroad for education and journey. And everyone also have some relatives and friends, who wish to go abroad for some certain purposes. We called those people who had gone to another country for visit or business global mobile group.” Imran  Aziz explained that.
 
 
接着,Imran  Aziz用图片展示了人们出国、出境的情况,他说,现在全球有25亿的人口需要在其他的国家旅游、学习或者工作——所有的这些人群就组成了一个移动的人群或者社区。
 
After that, Imran Aziz showed the status of people go abroad. He said, there are 2.5 billion population to visit, study or work in another country——all of these people became a global migrant community。
 
“那么我们到底负担着什么样的使命呢?我们希望能为这10亿人民提供一个非常好的选择,希望能够满足他们沟通、交流、金融服务、旅游的需求,这就是我们的愿景。我们希望能够到2020年成为这10亿人口的一个最重要的品牌选择。”紧接着,Imran  Aziz播放了一段愿景视频。
 
“So, what kind of duty do we have? We wish to provide a great choice for those 1 billion people to meet their requirement of communication, financial services, tourism. This is our vision of the future. We hope that our brand could be a very importan choice for those 1 billion people by 2020.” And then , Imran Aziz gave us a vision video.
  
Imran  Aziz介绍说,目前,Lebara所销售的网络在欧洲和澳大利亚总共有30万多个门店。“我们的品牌建设也是非常好的,我们也一直以我们的合作伙伴关系感到引以为豪。到目前为止已经有130万的活跃用户了。我们的品牌也受到了我们所服务的人群的高度赞赏和认可——我们75%的客户都说,如果Lebara是一家银行的话,他们愿意到这家银行存钱——这就显示出了对我们的品牌的忠诚度和信任度。”
 
At present, Lebara has over 300 thousand stores in Europe and Australia, Imran Aziz introduced that.” Our brand construction is very great, and we are also proud of our partners. And customers who adopt our service always gave our brand a high praise and approval. About 75% of our customers experssed that they would put their money to our company, if Lebara is a bank. This shows customers’ loyalty and trust of our brand.
 
Imran  Aziz接着介绍到:“我们的客户群体来自各个国家、各个肤色、各个种族,还有来自不同年龄段的客户。我们的客户服务有多种语言,中心在伦敦——已经运营两年了,目前是一个非常成熟的语音中心。我们语音服务中心的员工都感到在此工作非常的荣幸。2010年的时候我们开始启动的时候,才开通国际长途电话,今年又要启动各种不同的服务和产品,能够满足用户更多的需求——沟通、娱乐、金融服务和旅游等方面。”
 
Imran Aziz introduced:”Our customers come from different country, different nation and different age. And then our customer service center has been put into operation for 2 years. And now, it’s a very mature language center.
 
目前,Lebara在80多个国家有530万的活跃用户,“我们希望两年之内进驻到不同的国家,目前为止我们的活跃用户已经达到530万了,他们语音使用时间是80亿分钟,收入是20亿美元。这些用户都是非常活跃的,也是非常忠诚的。”
 
At present, Lebara has over 5.3 million active subscribers in 80 countries. The time of voice communication was 8 billion mins and it created 2 billion dollars. And Lebra planed to enter more countries to proceed their business.
 
今年,Lebara启动了一个新的服务产品Lebara Talk,3月份测试成功。Lebara Talk能够提供免费打电话、通话的服务,“你要打世界上哪个地方的电话都是可以的,而且我们非常注重倾听客户的需求。其实,Lebara 的服务可以用现金来支付,不一定要用信用卡支付。目前,这项服务还是比较成功的,有95%的电话是预付费的。我们希望在月底之前把Lebara Talk入驻更多的欧洲的国家。”
 
This year, Lebara started a new service product Lebara Talk. Lebara Talk could provide free phone call communication service. “You could give a phone call to everywhere in the world. And we also focus on customers’ requirement. In fact, the serviece of Lebara could be paid both by cash and redit card. This service is very successful, and 95% service is fee arrangement. We wish to launch our Lebarar Talk in more european countries.” Imran Aziz said.
 
Imran  Aziz认为,虽然他们关注的是一个非常小的市场,但也面临挑战,就是要跟上电影、电视等娱乐服务的发展脚步——包括画面质量、通讯速度。于是,他们推出了一项新的服务Lebara Play,把各种各样的电视台都集中在平台上。不久之前,这项服务在英国进行了推广,以后会推广到欧洲及其他世界各地。
 
Imran Aziz thought, though the market that they pay attention to is very small, they still face more challenge. They must follow the footstep of entertainment’s development——image qualiy, communication speed. And then, they launched a new service——Lebara Play. It collect a vairety of TV channel into a platform. This service was put in to market in UK, and it would be extended to Europe and the whole world.
    
用户可以所有的设备上进行在线观看。同时,Lebara Play在中国也有合作伙伴,做了相关机顶盒,有各种各样的规格。相关服务的费用是每个月9.99欧元,如果预付149欧元,可以拿到机顶盒、同时有一年的免费使用权。“我们认为对于客户来说是一个非常好的选择、是一个非常值得做的选择,并且是一个非常好的产品。”Imran  Aziz说到。
 
 Subscribers could watch the program on any device. At the same time, Lebara Play also has partners in China to make relevant STBs in all kinds of specifications. The relevant service is € 9.99 per month. If customers prepay €149, they could get a STB. They could use it for free for one year. “ We thought it’s a very good choice with great value and a perfect product.” Imran Aziz said.
   
Lebara Play是一个非常好的平台,可以进行搜索,并且可以看到播放列表,可以通过电脑或者平板设备直接在网上观看。 “我们的服务是百分之百合法的,没有任何法律的问题,可提供超过100个电视频道,以及海量电影库,请不要错过Lebara Play。”
 
Lebara Play is a very good plartform. It could search program and put them into a tabulation. Users could watch the program on PC or tablet. “Our service is one hundred percent legal, without any illegal activities. And the platform could provide over 100 TV channels and a large number of movie. Please don’t miss the Lebara Play.”

Imran  Aziz还介绍了将在今年年底会推出的Lebara  Travel和Lebara money。“那么我们要怎么样实现我们的愿景呢?Lebara在市场上非常的活跃,我们给我们的销售伙伴非常多的价值。在过去这一些年当中,我们已经为我们的合作伙伴奉献了40亿的价值。我们会竭尽全力使得这个服务、这个合作过程变得非常有效率——客户只需要一个钱包、一个注册、一次预付,就可以加入到我们所有的平台当中——这对于销售伙伴来说是非常重要的,并且也可以有助于产品销售。合作伙伴会帮助我们销售各种各样的产品。”
 
 Imran Aziz also introduce the Lebara Travel and Lebara Money which would be launched at the end of this year. “ So what should we do to realize our vision? Lebara is very active in the market, and we give our marketing partner a lot of value. In the last few years, we had created € 4 billion value. And we would try our best to make the service and cooperation more efficency. Customers could join our all platfroms only need a wallet, a register and one prepay. This is very important for marketing partner. And it would be helpful for marketing partner to sell our product.
   
Lebara一开始是一个很小的公司,但是Lebara从来都没有停止梦想,希望能够用创新、创业精神,鼓励每一个员工。“当然我们并不仅仅只是销售,我们还有非常非常多的挑战要去面对。”
 
At the beginning, Lebara is a very small company. But Lebara never stop realizing the dream. They wish to encourage every coleague by sprit of innovation and entrepreneurs. And they also have a lot of challenge to face.
 
其中,第一个就是和基础运营商的关系。还有就是危机公关处理,以及如何去适应各种各样的变化。
 
 The first one is the relationship with MNO and the sollution of crisis public relations. And the key to adapt every changes is also important.   
  
基础运营商使Lebara能够连入网络,“他们之所以这样去做,是因为他们相信Lebara在这方面能够增加更多的价值。当然了,在这个方面来说,我们必须要更加地努力,才能够实现Lebara的目标。所以要和基础运营商建立健康的关系,要保证我们的流量不断地上升,并且要保证我们要持续地关注,并且要管控我们的成本。”
 
MNO permited Lebara to connect the network. Because they believe Lebara could reate more value in this industry. Of cause, Lebara must try their best to realize their goals. The key to make a good relationship with MNOs is to promise to have more traffic. And the cost also need to be managed.
 
比如说,基础运营商的成本如果直接投入市场,比投入到Lebara这里会更高,“所以我们就拥有这样的一个优势,同时我们要经营客户基础——如果相信我们的服务和产品,这个商业就会非常自然的做下去。我们在营造这个关系当中,绝对不能够把基础运营商丢在一边,我们必须要和他们携手发展,我们要逐渐地发展一个长期的关系。”
 
For instance, the cost of entering the market is more than giving it to Lebara for MNOs.” So we have many advantages. We also need to manage the client. If they believe our service and product, this business could servive. When we build the connection with client, we must coopertate with MNOs to develop a long term relationship.
    
第二个是消费者的需求在不断变化,可能在一个国家,在第一年、第二年、第三年的预服务是非常好的,可能第四年的时候会有所变化。
 
The second situation that Lebara must focus on is the change of customer’s requirement. A service may be popular and good in the first 3 years, but it may change in the 4th year.
 
其次是技术要不断更新。去年,Lebara发布了OTT流媒体服务,同时也开发了通话APP,这些都是一些新的服务和产品。
 
On the other hand, the technology is continuously update. Lebara launched OTT streaming service in last year, and it also developed an APP for phone communication. These are all new product and service.
 
“我们必须要不断地关注创新,同时要注意我们的发展速度。这点也是非常重要的。我们是有一个全球愿景的。包括像刚才提到的这些服务类型、我们可以为合作伙伴提供所需要的工具等。所以,我们希望能够进入到更多的国家,如果没有本地的支持,我们是不可能实现这个目标的。我们希望在全球都能够寻找到非常优秀的合作伙伴,这样的话,就可以跟Lebara一起去分享全球的愿景。”Imran  Aziz最后总结到。
 
 “ We must continuely pay attention to innovation. And we also need to focus on our speed of development. That’s very important. We have s version, we could provide tools that our cooperators need. And then , we wish to enter more countries. We couldn’t realize that goal without local support. So we want to find excellent partner in the whole word and share our veision with them.” Imran Aziz finally summarized.
