Russian national operator Rostelecom has concluded an agreement on nationwide MVNO service provision with mobile operator Tele2 Russia.
Rostelecom plans to start MVNO services in the third quarter of this year.
Rostelecom plans make the mobile services part of its multi-play offering, rather than selling mobile services separately.
The maximum value of the framework agreement is RUB 330.4 million. An exact list of regions to be covered by the service is planned to be specified in additional
agreements.
Rostelecom last year sold its mobile operator activities to Tele2 Russia.
