2022年8月18-19日，由中国移动通信联合会主办、上海市通信管理局联合主办、众视Tech、中移联会展部、元宇宙产业委承办、BIC EURONOVA(欧盟创新中心)和GSMA 5G IN 作为国际合作伙伴与上海区块链技术协会产业联合主办支持的2022全球元宇宙大会 · 上海首胜利召开。大会秉承“先国内、再国际”的两步走策略，汇集国内国际优势资源，破除内卷，共同探索元宇宙产业落地的高效路径，构建城市级、国家级、世界级元宇宙产业生态。

My name is Juanma Revuelta. I′m the CEO of the Finnova Foundation.

In Brussels, capital of Europe, form here I want to congratulate the International Metaverse Congress and the launching of the first Metaverse the Startup Europe Awards with our colleagues of China.
在这里——欧盟首都，布鲁塞尔，我想祝贺全球元宇宙大会的召开，并与我们的中国同事们启动第一届元宇宙欧洲初创企业奖。
Finnova Foundation runs the Startup Europe Awards. It′s a methodology from the DG Connect European commission. It′s an open innovation, methodology to identify the best of the startups and technologies, public-private partnership.
Finnova 基金会负责举办欧洲初创企业奖。这是欧盟委员会网通资讯总司所采取的新方式，采取具有开放创新性质的方法与公私合作的政策，以此来定位最佳初创企业与科学技术企业。
The clear message is that there are EU funding available for cooperating, for internationalizing and to changes to practice. Especially in the fields we are involved and talking of sustainable energy, circular economy, fighting against climate change, reuse of water but also quality of air and sustainable agriculture.
明确的信息是，欧盟为展开合作、国际化和变化的实践提供了资金。特别是在我们持续参与和讨论的可持续能源、循环经济、应对气候变化、水的再利用以及空气质量和可持续农业等领域。
