荷兰有线运营商Delta已撤销其移动服务。该公司在其官网上宣布，从5月1日开始，其移动服务再也不向新用户开放。目前的Delta Mobiel用户可以继续使用服务，如有任何变化将会在9月份被告知。据Telecompaper估计，从2012年进入市场以来，该虚商发展了近3000名用户。

Dutch cable operator Delta has withdrawn its mobile service. Since 01 May, the mobile service is no longer open to new subscribers, the company announced on its website. Existing Delta Mobiel customers can continue to use the service and will be informed by September of any changes. Launched in 2012, the MVNO has around 3,000 customers, according to Telecompaper estimates.

Czech VoIP and MVNO Fayn reduced roaming rates in the EU countries. Moreover, minutes within the package can also be used abroad, not only in the Czech Republic. The roaming rate consists of the national rate and a surcharge element. The surcharges are CZK 1.659 per minute, CZK 0.50 for SMS, CZK 1.659 per MB and CZK 0.378 per minute of incoming call.

一众较小规模的运营商以及虚商呼吁，如果欧盟想要在2017年6月实现在联盟国家的漫游像在家里一样的目标的话，欧盟得加快采取降低漫游批发价的措施。漫游联盟包括运营商如3、“自由和一起玩”以及欧洲虚商的行业集团覆盖近7000万客户。联盟希望从4月30日开始就能降低漫游零售价格。

A group of smaller mobile operators and MVNOs have called on the EU to work faster on reducing wholesale roaming prices if it wants to achieve the goal of 'roam like home' across the union by June 2017. The roaming coalition, which includes operators such as 3, Free and Play as well as industry group MVNO Europe covering together nearly 70 million customers, welcomed the cut from 30 April of retail roaming prices.
